Good secondary benefits for sure. Many young ambitious people which keep it a nice environment with many social outings

Support staff is badly managed, no talent management at all. Reward and recognition is completely based upon how well you get along with the HR advisor. (so make sure not to ever critisize cause that's how most people lost their job)
