No career progression opportunities unless you’re super tight with the management. People who have been promoted are awful team players. Senior managers are rubbish at delegation and don’t know how to develop people. Everyone talks on teams rather than seeing each other in person. There’s been one social within my 2 years where I had to pay and contribute towards it.
