Don't let the fake reviews here fool you.
They want that 5 star rating! No.
Cons are:Working outside in all weather, poorly maintain fleet of trucks that frequently have to be put out of service but are only kept running not clean and comfortable. Low low low pay for workload barely over minimum
wage, working with and/or around immature and unprofessional people, revolving door, 5 sick days a year total, company hires temps thru their own subdivision called Vertex to avoid giving workers benefits, Managers love to find any excuse to write you up. Transportation workers are there to make the field managers look good and to blame for all the other issues in the chain being that we are the last link.
We are brand ambassadors and the face of the company that customers see but we are paid too low.
No pension. No future for people who don't suck up to everyone and allow themselves to be taken advantage of. Bad health plan that doesn't cover many medical expenses. Drug tested for every accident and injury.
Company cares more about profits than it's workers who are the core of the operation and it shows through their actions. Many other cons I can't recall them all.
