Minimum to none benefits - holiday allowance is 21 days, poor pay, no career progression or salary reviews even if it’s written in your contract. You’re promised a bonus and then when it comes to the time they simply sweep it under the carpet. You’re made to do tasks way outside of your job description but never get paid more or recognition. The CEO is old white middle class male who wants everyone to be in the office full time - no talks about flexible/hybrid working after covid. The turnover rate is so high because people literally leave every month so its impossible to even make friends in the head office. Staff discount is not good enough for clothes that are poor quality and so expensive. My manager was super fake and unfortunately she just wasn’t interested in my life or goals and progression at all.
