Toxic work environment with micromanagement it's key driving force. Pay scale is not up to market standards, don't reimburse for basic costs of home officing and they are heavy on paperwork processes for basic sales functions (travel, meals, entertaining). Don't work here unless you absolutely have no other options. Life is too short to be treated and compensated so poorly
