We conduct training surveys at the end of each training day to gather feedback and continuously improve our training programs. Following training, we provide a nesting phase where associates work closely with a trainer in small groups, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively handle calls and alleviate stress. Moreover, we foster an open-door culture, encouraging our associates to reach out for assistance whenever needed. We send out the Max Survey to make positive changes.
