Ever since working at Sitel, I have been the happiest I have been. I have been happy going to work and serving people.

Just the time is a bit much but with good things - it does come with sacrifices

Work at home is the only pro

Kontras

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
