Food Card Benefits and great Location in Lisbon

Stressfull bad Callcenter Environment. Management dont care about their Employees except bringing certain amount of calls. Always dissatisfied and stressfull Customers on the Phoneline. Projects very bad managed. Training to the Projects are incomplete and unsuccessfull. You are threated like a Number than a human being and penalized for every small Corn of dust.

Work at home is the only pro

Kontras

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
