salary on time, I am being paid according to the hours that I worked including overtime and other holiday pays..

Salary is not competitive as other call centers. And the health benefits, like maxicare is not as beneficial as before.

Work at home is the only pro

Kontras

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
