      Sadly there are none. Place is horrible.

      They will lie about that OJT pay and overtime pay. Do not take any job with them. They are still as bad as SITEL, they only changed the name.

      Work at home is the only pro

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
