Pros
There are so many pros, it's hard to list them all. The culture is amazing, I can say that I'm friends with almost everyone I work with, and that says a lot being that we have a large workforce. Also, if you work hard, you will always be noticed. One of my favorite things though, is that Forwardline will utilize you in a way that coincides with your education and experience. For example, I am currently working in the Underwriting department, but everyone knows that I am educated in Finance, so, in order to apply my full potential, I am also helping the accounting department with certain financial analyses. If you want to move toward something, you just have to want it and work for it. I started at Forwardline as a temporary employee from a temp agency. I quickly moved up because I was noticed by my superiors as a hard worker; now I have been here for 6 months, I am no longer a temp, and I am still moving upward every day.

There are no cons, except for the fact that we eat too much good food and it's common to gain the Forwardline 15, as if you're back in college.
