Forward is an incredibly exciting place to be, having grown from the founder's bedroom to employing 500 people in less than 9 years. Things are always changing as we continue to grow. There are fantastic benefits and an amazing office, but the main 'pro' is all the fantastic people you get to work with. Everyone I've worked with is exceptional in their own job and things just 'get done'. We have minimal levels of hierarchy and management and in general things are set up to let the smart people get on and do great things.

It can be quite grounding to join a company full of so many smart people! As well as that, as a young and growing company, there aren't always clear lines for career progression (although management do take these concerns on board and actively help people e.g. moving to different areas of the business). Additionally the informal environment can be a negative if you're not willing to take responsibility for your own development, but if you are willing to take initiative, you will go far here.

Good office & benefits, really skilled people, good attitude to technology & development

Bullying is endemic. Senior management know about the culprit but repeatedly turn a bilnd eye to complaints and try to cover up the problem. It ruints lives and careers. Quite a few of my old colleagues tried to stand up against this, as well as other workplace problems, but were sacked or made "redundant".
