Shockingly poor management, favoritism, and a deference to leadership that borders on cult-like behavior. Teamwork is not valued here, although the company may claim otherwise. The work itself is not rewarding aside from the paycheck. Any benefit is quickly negated by the stress of being resisted instead of supported by the people around you.
