Really ambitious and mission driven company, genuinely focused on trying to make a big impact. Some very impressive people to learn from and who have high expectations which pushes you to do better. A friendly and fun culture, and significant exposure to senior people in great clients (it works with loads of leading companies + government and charities). There are amazing opportunities to sit in events with senior leaders to learn and to build your network.

It’s not a startup any more but definitely still growing up, so although intent is always good not all its systems are as slick as they could be yet! It brings together people from some very different industries/backgrounds which can mean that there are different expectations and ways of working in different teams.
