Benefits are amazing, people are very dedicated to continuous growth, the FBS tools are great to learn and use, and there is room for advancement. They also have a very strong focus on diversity and inclusion, which is great!
Kontras
Some opcos are clearly favored in terms of salaries and favoritism in company-wide events and even pay raises. Leadership changed remote workers contracts to require hybrid or in-office in early 2023, and if they didn't accept, they were fired - completely destroyed my trust in any promises from leadership after that. Pay raises are minimal - barely keeps up with inflation. Don't expect to stay here more than a few years if you want to see your salary grow.
