Great place to grow professionally! Like minded people that invest in a training program. Not a place for the mediocre, so for the right person it's the best opportunity for someone coming out of school. Good bonus program, and uncapped commissions after you go through training period. Corporate Housing for new hires so you can live rent free for a few months, or for folks travelling in between offices.

There is a lot to learn, and learning a new sport or craft isn't always the easiest...but there is a very good training program in place, so as long as you are attentive, ask questions, and are continually curious on how to grow professionally the tools are available.
