Unhealthy atmosphere because of the management, it’s actually so bad that HR keeps constantly receiving complaints coming from the agents. Management would interfere in your private life. I won’t be surprised if it comes to the point when the whole team won’t turn up one day. Management has a bad history with a previous employment too. If you can work like a robot in a call centre and switch yourself form a low IQ of your management, it’s the place to be. Shame, as the company in a whole is a good place to be.
