Pros
Reasonable work hours. Low work volume. Skilled developers. Could be a good place to start if you are hard pressed for time and lack better options.
Kontras
Low salaries. Few, low value raises and far between. Faulty system that serves only to delay the process of getting a raise. On top of this add a chaotic work environment propagated by childish feuds between teams and dubious middle management with an obtuse, superficial approach to managing said teams(theoretically good approach put in practice by someone with no understanding of what it is they are doing), questionable performance metrics(made by the same managers) and finally just a complete lack of direction. Long story short, this place is not a long term investment when it comes to speeding time here as an employee.
