New Management a Disaster - Business Development bei Forsta: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Power lies only on 1 person's hands (new CEO), with lesser power for other C-level and leadership members. New management only cares about legacy Decipher folks with less focus on other locations, resulting in tremendous drop in sales. Staff are also disengaged with unrealistic sales targets, resulting in numerous departures. This led to a couple of offices closing globally and lay offs (first of its kind in organisation). It's sad to see that a potentially great company has reduced to a pile of mess. I hope that with the new CEO gone, the company can finally turn around and become a better company again.
