Not a good place to work. - Trainee Laminator bei Formtech Composites: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Took almost 6 weeks to get a contract, after asking multiple times a week, and the contract wasn't even complete when I did get it. Was made to work shifts with as little as 7 hours in between (legal minimum is 11). Company takes on contracts that are simply too much for them to handle. Pay is below standard for the role. Benefits are non existent. Had no acknowledgement of the end of probation period.
