As someone who recently engaged with your hiring team, I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of other candidates. After multiple rounds of scheduling and confirmations for a discussion, not only were the meetings missed without notice, but no follow-up or communication was provided despite repeated outreach. Calls were ignored, and I was left completely in the dark. As a candidate who invested valuable time and energy preparing and waiting, this kind of disregard is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on the standards upheld by your organization. To anyone considering applying: Please be cautious and ensure your time is respected.
