Not a clue why let go - Driver Tester bei Formel D: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Fired day after took day off to visit father on death bed. No feedback about job performance, and information given in training not accurate. Was ignored for almost 1 hour before told I was fired. Only reason given was that I did not follow company policy. What policy that was is a mystery to me.
