Pros
Formedix is remote- first, operates a 4 day week, and has a generous holiday allowance. The company is objective driven, and I've yet to encounter anyone who puts office politics or ego above achieving goals ethically. I've been able to propose and see through implementation of a new policy which gives a benefit to employees, and this was supported by management on the basis of keeping Formedix a great place to work.
Kontras
Fully remote isn't for everyone - we do have an office in Glasgow, available to anyone, but this is only used by a few people who prefer to meet in person. I prefer remote, but those expecting hybrid may not get the experience they're hoping for.
