Although work load may not allow it at present, management is supportive of work-life balance as a principal. Fundamentally in a good niche market with high long term potential

Scrambling to regain market share, many parallel technical efforts being pushed without adequate staffing and resources - too hectic and dynamic. Attrition is getting to be high, and in a place where systems are not in place, that is a significant loss of know-how, making it difficult for the persons remaining to carry on. Company grew too fast for its own good. Company prefers to getting outsiders (from more established companies) for key leadership positions rather than growing employees from within.
