-Nice Office -Friendly Teams -Team outings and culture

- Toxic undertones with sales and other business units - People are hired and fired left and right - CEO is in Singapore and barely never in the office, feels like the whole office might move or shut down in the future -Lack of support from sales teams for projects - Sales hits targets and then sits back while management still demands more from marketing without sales actually caring, sometime it feels like they are sending marketing on goose chases without caring or having an actual goal. - Managers are nice but out to lunch all the time literally and figuratively - Finance team runs the company for better or worse - Owned buy private investment firms that has interests in competing companies which potentially hurts From Tech - The industry has threats from multiple directions but has potential if movers/decision makers in the company have an interest in trying new things and innovating
