Pay is very less , compared to living expense of city where it is located. Software engineering process is not followed properly. There is lack of designer, architect in company. Working without proper design can be frustrating.. Other than coding, you learn no business here. Programming management does not know how to treat people, they lack management experience. Lots of people left company because of that
