Going downhill quickly - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei ForeSee: Mitarbeiterbewertung

When I first started at ForeSee things were in a pretty good spot. Within the past few months there have been so many layoffs or people leaving the company that it isn't unusual to see 3 or 4 every week. That may not seem like a lot, but in a company this size everybody notices. Since the acquisition from Answers the company has gone downhill considerably. Everybody's workload has more than doubled, hard work and long hours are not rewarded or even noticed. What was once a great place to work has been turned in to a shell of a company.
