FordDirect used to be full of talented and experienced people in the Tier 1 and Tier 3 space. Unfortunately they have all be run out of the company. Dianne, if you really want to know what's going on, go back and look at an old org chart and see who is left from the "old" management team. You will only find two names....... they have pushed their own agenda over the years telling the story that the others weren't experienced enough or didn't have the vision and got all those people removed from FD. Now take a look at the company financials and product road map. Where did all the profit go and what has successfully launched as a new product since all those people were forced out? Nothing....... failure after failure (you can't count the website relaunch as a new product). Those former executives were all very well respected by the employees and people worked their butts off for them and they are still respected in the industry because of what they accomplished at FordDirect. You wonder why everyone is running for the doors? It's because the current team that was brought in to replace them has not accomplished anything and people don't trust them.
