Don't always work full 40 hour weeks, but get paid full time anyways. Room for growth. Great management. Great benefits.

Lots of driving. Your days vary in times (e.g. some days start at 5:00 AM and end t 12:00PM, or 6:00AM-6:00PM, or 10:00AM-2:00PM). it varies everyday, and you don't know until the day before.

The culture at ForTec is really positive with strong support from managers an approachable and involved leadership team. The company is on a strong growth trajectory and there are great opportunities for personal career growth that come with this expansion.
