Pros
This place could have a lot of potential - and can be a good place to get your foot in the door as a supervisor because they allow Masters level (without BCBA) to supervise for AST programs which are run with ABA implementation and helps you gain experience.
Its a close knit community of people that you can't avoid getting close to usually. When you're in the office, it's usually a great environment.
Pay is generally pretty good here if you don't take benefits into consideration.
Kontras
It's a small company, so chances of your cases being spread out among so many areas is high (mostly for supervisors).
Too many conflicting ideologies and administrative gaps throughout, which highly impacts quality of work and work-life balance.
Not enough Clinical support when needed. Not enough proper training, and when training is given, it lacks validity and follow through for implementation. No curriculum or protocols to follow, which makes during your job accurately very difficult.
Not many advancement or career growth opportunities beyond surprising ABA cases.
Benefits are the bare minimum... and they try to avoid benefits for exempt employees where they can.
