-Management is very disorganized and too proud/stubborn to change -Management is extremely passive aggressive and they do not have the ability to mediate conflicts well--If anything they certainly make the situations worse. -Management has no clue what is really going on with their staff and yet insist on intervening in daily business without accurate and relevant background knowledge -Staff has a self-righteous attitude and are very cliquey -You tend to lose sight of the real goals, clients become numbers with no face, name or background story -Turnover rate is very high
