Kontras
Bad management. Promotions and raises and almost non-existent. Layoffs happen swiftly as soon as any slow down occurs. Nepotism and cronyism is common place, and those who are not the boss's favorites are given the unfavorable treatment even if they have the most skill while the favorites stay no matter how often they damage equipment or go over budget. So just the typical American workplace.
