      - These people know their stuff! Never have a learned more in such a short time. The ladies and gentleman at Fons PR are seriously some of the best industry. They can answer almost any question you may have - Super friendly work environment. A very welcoming family - Chance for vertical growth if you're willing to put the work in - Open Door Policy with Management - Brandy Fons champions women and is very female friendly.

      Pros

      Given the agency is small, you are able to work on various projects and direct contact with leadership team. Christine, who manages the team, is an amazing and a great leader. She leads multiple accounts as well as managing the whole team. She has been a great mentor to learn from and admire how much she juggles everything.

      Kontras

      Hours can be long when there are screenings and events taking place. Management needs more support.
