The actual work I do for the position I have. Nice office. Good benefits

Kontras

Terrible pay raises each year no matter how positive your annual review. Gossip is embarrassing and unprofessional. Too many chefs in the kitchen for various projects. Some supervisors are difficult to work with and add to company's very poor morale. Folger hates change and when it happens it's painfully slow and done poorly. Vacation time is frowned upon.

Pros

I volunteered for the Folger Theatre through high school between 2017 and 2020. Management was quite kind. In exchange for volunteering, I was able to watch every show for free, either on reserved stools in the back of the theatre or, if available, leftover audience seats.

I never experienced any cons, it was a lovely opportunity.
