Flywire is run by two people: Mike Massaro (CEO) and Rob Orgel (President). They have way too much power and are the source of constant bottlenecks which lead to a stale and non performative culture.

Amazing work-life balance. If you're easy to get along with and fly under the radar you can stay here a long time. Great culture - genuinely nice people.
