I would disagree with the fact that we provide "no training" but I will acknowledge that as a 100% remote company, training becomes more challenging and we are counting on the employee to put in the effort to make the training successful. We do have ample resources but again, as a remote company, we do require the employee to put the effort in. Unfortunately, sometimes we get a result like in this case where it is just not the right fit. We don't make these decisions lightly and only after it has become clear that it's not the right fit. I do wish this person the best moving forward in their professional career.
