Senior management have abandoned all that was good about Sky Betting and Gaming and embraced the PPB way of doing things - top-down management that don't listen, don't bother dealing with tech-debt just let it fester, put off decisions so that it costs more long-term, poor and inflexible technology choices, treat employees like disposable idiots.
