My experience at Flutter was deeply disappointing. My manager’s unprofessional and toxic behaviour created a hostile work environment that ultimately pushed me out. The company culture fell far short of what was promised—it was marked by toxicity and backstabbing, which made collaboration difficult. Leadership seemed directionless, and the transformation project was poorly managed, with too many stakeholders involved, ineffective communication, and teams working in silos. The restructuring following the transformation has left employees with no sense of job security. Morale was extremely low, and burnout was widespread. Leaving the company was the best decision for my mental and physical health.
