Work/Home life balance. Pay rate was acceptable, and while there was a lot of overtime it was not mandatory.

Under the veneer of southern hospitality, there is rampant favoritism, racism, and sexism. For those not in the ‘group’ take care to watch your back, as the ‘group’ includes senior management. If you’re not attending meetings outside of the office, you’re not in the ‘group’. Trust no one that works there!
