They do their best to keep you billable however that doesn't translate into human decency.

The dehumanizing way certain members of project leadership teams communicate is horrific. The idea that you can speak to someone to raise a concern might as well be nonexistent. You raising concerns to leadership is met with sarcasm and dismissal. The sad part is this used to be a pretty decent company to work for and with however since the original owners have moved on so did common decency. BTW- this is a 2021 critque
