Pros

None that’s important. Surface level things like “unlimited leave” and “family friendly” and fruit baskets that everyone else is doing too.

If you think disingenuous and unethical are qualities of the people you put your trust in to lead you, then this is the place for you. There have been countless times people have got in trouble on their personal fronts due to the false promises and actions of this company. Including immigrants wit young families who lost not only money but peace of mind because of permanent residence applications the company promised to back up but could not due to recent money constraints. But the kicker is the way in which they carried on during this time. Instead of doing what’s right to protect those people, they carried on carelessly. This and countless similar events prove they do not care about their employees to the point where it should be called nothing but reckless. No double speak, please! The most senior management have a reckless attitude and have failed to keep their promises. They might use double speak and act proper, but they are far from it. Join this company and treat it as a business you deal with and do not put your faith in them and depend on them. Do not expect anything more. There are certainly better tech companies out there. You have been warned by countless here. G’luck.

Pros

Truly "flexy" work style. When they say to make your own hours they truly mean it, nobody cares when you work so long as you're reasonably available. Pretty good benefits for the US, such as four weeks vacation and a BCBS health plan. Kind and fun-loving colleagues around the globe are a pleasure to spend time with. Excellent culture of continual improvement and learning, people actively solicit and listen to the ideas and feedback of their peers.

Kontras

Working across the globe can make for long days (but you certainly can take breaks). Typical scale-up issues of never having the time to do all that needs to get done (but at least it's never boring!).
