unfortunately, management ruins any potential for growth based on their own personal preferences. They speak poorly of other employees on a disrespectful level that is not related to their work/the company when the persons not around. they focus more on embarassing people and catching when they slightly mess up/shaming them for it instead of providing the tools to improve your skillset. It didnt always used to be this way, but lately it has turned into a hostile environment to walk into each day. Tried to address these concerns with management but was told they did not have time before I even brought up the reason why I wanted to speak with them. My job is very interesting, I would like to enjoy it but thats starting to seem impossible.
