      Well management. Management have to overlook the overall of business from top to bottom.

      Quotation team vs Operation team do not really collaboration well where ownership of order will be transferred thoroughly once receive the order. Less encouragement for continues learning for employee.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
