Higher up leadership tends to be stuck in their ways are are very resistant to changes that they are not familiar with. Instead of trying to interact with those pushing the changes and learn about why they are needed, they will resist until they sat down and informed.

Pay is ok benefits are ok

They dont care about your concerns with how other employees work around here. Supervisors/leadmans set wrong example. They sit around on their phones dont work but if you just checking a text and they see it you get threatened with a write up. Just this year they switched to paycom and it screwed over alot of people. Some guys havent used their pto at all yet but they are missing a week's worth of pto! Stay away from here. Siemens is hiring and its right down the street from us.
