Tons of flexibility, really, really awesome people, great benefits, interesting work.

The only, unresolved, "problem" was that it was located in Santa Fe, and that mostly wasn't good for me since I lived in Albuquerque and didn't want to move. Management was flexible with telecommuting, and letting me work on the train. I left to start my own company. If I wanted to keep working as an employee, I'd probably still be there. I recommend it to everyone.

Flow Science is a place of underpaid employees, gender based discrimination, visa based discrimination and a CEO that screams at its employees. Sales and marketing practices are cunning (and weak at times). For a company in CFD business, innovation should be at the forefront. But innovation is missing and the complete focus is to make sales, by hook or crook.
