If they actually hear the feedback from the employees there could be a lot of positive changes.

Unfortunately there isn’t much opportunity for growth. Certain people get raises. Employee feedback is discouraged. Sad to say, we all saw nepotism play a part in advancement and promotions. They didn’t carry a teamwork mindset, instead they would pass the buck and place blame on other people. Unfortunately every employee is just a number... unless you are somehow related to management. A lot of employee turnover. They bully and micromanage their employees, promoting a toxic work environment.
