Long hours and almost no holidays!

Almost everything about working for this company is a con unless you are in a management roll (even then that's probably not ideal.). The owners are so disconnected from what really goes on behind the scenes because they are constantly told whatever it is they want to hear by department managers and the GM's. It is not abnormal for Mr. Flow himself to come into the showroom cussing and yelling at sales staff as I have seen this quite a few times over the years (then he falls asleep in a sales office). This company will work you like a dog with unrealistic expectations and hours. Raises in pay here are few and far between so don't bother asking, but they constantly go up on their prices. They eliminate positions and/or do not fill them for months so they do not have to pay someone else causing many to work extra weekends and normal days off to fill the gaps while not compensating them at all. If you're lucky you might get 3 holidays off, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and the occasional 4th of July. At this company you are just an employee number. It is in fact just a job and you are replaceable. The management is so used to the atmosphere of how the company is run from the top they quit trying to give their staff something to look forward to a long time ago. They themselves sound defeated when speaking of the company. The people up top have no problem letting people with experience in niche professions leave causing a huge burden for everyone else in the back of house (service, vehicle delivery, parts, technology). You are not valued at this company. Good luck!

Pros

Can work a few hours overtime if needed, dependable job if work ethic is consistent, able to take lunches when it works best for you

Not really team oriented like it should be, some workers do not agree with team leader idea, management do very little over actions in wash
