The benefit of joining it is you will make good connections first of all with many people and will get to learn documentation and how to read through documentation. Everyone can give their opinions.

No technical manager or someone who has technical knowledge about whole project. Everything is done by less experienced people. Only one guy is running company and many are there just for OPT period or internship.
