Alot of hard work but flexible.

Increase in residential/some commercial projects.

Besides the fact that every project must be detailed and taken care properly in order to avoid mistakes, I sometimes wish a job task is completed in one day or be taken care in one week so that next week we can focus to complete another project and not worry on the last projects.
