The ONLY pro of working at Flock was the free lunches, which we had to stop since Flock management lied to our catering service about the size of our company to get a discount.
Kontras
They nickel and dime their clients and constantly changed their cost structure. The product was broken, and relied heavily on backend work to get the job done. If you didn't come in before 9 am, despite traffic or BART delays, you were written up. Two offenses would result in termination. They told me I was a valued part of the company and "part of their future", only to lay me and a few other "valued" employees right before the holidays. Management lies to employees and customers alike. Management literally has no idea how to use the product. The absolute worst and most toxic environment I've ever been a part of. DON'T TAKE THE JOB.
